Cranberries
Cranberries came from noticing how the leaves turn red at the same time the berries ripen — everything shifting color at once.
I wanted to paint that moment up close, where you can see the leaves going from green to red at the edges and just two bright berries hanging off the stem. Oil on canvas let me push those reds and greens until the contrast felt as bold as it does out in the field.
One of a kind original oil on canvas
24 x 30 inches
Framed in natural wood
Ready to hang
